Rooftop solar · zero investment
Stop renting your electricity.
Government subsidy covers most of the upfront cost. What is left is financed, and your monthly saving covers the instalment — so the roof pays for itself while you keep the lights on.

Why us
Solar is a twenty-five year relationship.
Most of what goes wrong with rooftop solar in India goes wrong after the installer has been paid. Here is what we hold ourselves to.
Generation guarantee
The proposal carries an annual generation number, and the O&M contract reports against it every month. Fall short and we make it good.
No middlemen
Survey, design, approvals, subsidy filing and installation are all ours. You deal with one team and one invoice, start to finish.
Built for Indian weather
Galvanised structures engineered to IS 875 wind loading, so the array holds through storm season on a rooftop, not just on paper.
Service that answers
Scheduled cleaning, string-level monitoring and a named engineer for your site. Faults are our problem, not yours.
Zero investment
The bill you already pay, pointed somewhere useful.
The subsidy covers most of the downpayment. The rest is financed, and the saving on your electricity bill goes toward the instalment. When the loan finishes, the generation does not.
- 01Subsidy knocks up to ₹78,000 off the price
- 02The balance is financed over 3 to 7 years
- 03Your monthly saving goes toward the instalment
- 04After the tenure, the power is simply free

Which roof do you have?
Every roof mounts differently.
RCC rooftop
Flat concrete roof on a house, apartment block or institution.
- Mounting
- Elevated galvanised structure, ballasted or chemically anchored
- Capacity per 1,000 sq ft
- 10 – 12 kWp
The structure is raised so the roof stays usable underneath. No slab drilling where a ballasted design carries the wind load.
How it happens
Survey to switched on, in about eight weeks.
Day 1–2
Site survey
We measure the roof, check the structure, study shadows across the day and read your last twelve months of bills.
Day 3–5
Design & proposal
Layout, string sizing and a single-line diagram, with a firm price and a generation estimate you can hold us to.
Week 2–5
Approvals & subsidy
Net-metering application with the DISCOM, CEIG clearance where required, and the PM Surya Ghar subsidy filing. We file, follow up and close it.
Week 5–6
Installation
Structure, modules, inverter, cabling and earthing. A typical residential rooftop is finished in three to five days on site.
Week 6–8
Meter & commissioning
DISCOM installs the bi-directional meter, we synchronise and test, and you get the baseline generation report.
Ongoing
Generation & O&M
Scheduled cleaning, string-level monitoring and a yearly performance report. Faults are our problem, not yours.
Subsidy & net metering
Up to ₹78,000 back from the government.
Under PM Surya Ghar, a residential rooftop system draws a central subsidy paid straight into your bank account. It only releases through a registered installer, and the filing is ours to do.
- 01
Register
Apply on the National Portal with your DISCOM, consumer number and the sanctioned load.
- 02
Get feasibility approval
The DISCOM confirms your connection can take the proposed system. Usually a few days.
- 03
Install through a registered vendor
The subsidy only releases against an empanelled installer. We are registered, so this is already handled.
- 04
Net meter & inspection
The DISCOM fits a bi-directional meter and inspects the installation.
- 05
Subsidy credited
Once the commissioning certificate is generated, the amount lands in your bank account, typically within 30 days.
What net metering actually does
Your meter runs both ways. During the day the array feeds the house first and pushes the surplus onto the grid; at night you draw back from the grid. At the end of the billing cycle you pay only for the net difference, and unused export usually carries forward as credit.
- Daytime surplus is exported and credited, not wasted
- Night-time draw comes off those credits first
- Credits typically carry forward through the settlement year
- Sanctioned load and roof area cap the system size, not your appetite
Finance & equipment
You do not have to pay for it all at once.
Most customers finance the balance after subsidy. Loans for rooftop solar are available from public-sector and private banks under the PM Surya Ghar scheme, typically at rates well below an ordinary personal loan, and we help you put the application together.

Questions
The things everyone asks.
Still unsure about something? Call us and talk to the person who would actually survey your roof.
Talk to an engineerWhat does a rooftop solar system cost?
A residential system runs roughly ₹55,000 per kWp installed before subsidy, so a typical 3 kWp home system is around ₹1.65 lakh gross. After the PM Surya Ghar subsidy of up to ₹78,000 the net comes down sharply. The exact figure depends on your roof, the structure needed and the modules chosen — the site survey gives you a firm price.
Can I really go solar with no money down?
In most cases, close to it. The central subsidy covers a large part of the upfront amount, and the balance can be financed so the monthly instalment sits near — often below — what you were already paying the electricity board. You are swapping a bill you will pay forever for an instalment that ends.
How many air conditioners can a 5 kWp system run?
A 5 kWp array generates roughly 600 units a month, which comfortably covers two 1.5-ton inverter ACs used normally alongside the usual household load. What matters more than the panel count is your sanctioned load and how much you run them at night, because night-time use draws from the grid against your net-metering credits.
What happens on cloudy days and at night?
You stay connected to the grid. During the day the array feeds the house first and exports the surplus; at night and in monsoon you draw back against the credits that surplus earned. You are billed only on the net difference, so a cloudy week is smoothed out over the billing cycle rather than leaving you short.
How much roof do I need?
Roughly 80 square feet per kWp on an RCC roof, so a 3 kWp system needs about 240 square feet of genuinely shadow-free area. Ground-mount needs more because rows are spaced apart to avoid shading each other.
How long does the whole process take?
About eight weeks end to end for a typical home. The installation itself is three to five days; most of the calendar goes on DISCOM approvals and the net-metering process, which we file and follow up on your behalf.
What maintenance does it need?
Cleaning, mainly. Dust on the modules is the single biggest cause of lost generation in India. Our O&M contract covers scheduled cleaning, inverter servicing and string-level monitoring, so a dead string is spotted from the dashboard rather than from your bill three months later.
What if I sell the house?
The system stays with the property and transfers to the new owner, along with the remaining module and inverter warranties. A commissioned solar system is generally treated as adding to the property's value.
