Commercial & industrial
Your roof is the cheapest generating asset you own.
A factory shed or warehouse roof is dead area carrying a rising electricity bill underneath it. We build the plant that changes that — either you own it, or we do and you simply buy the units cheaper than the grid sells them.
Two ways to do it
Own the plant, or just buy the power.
CAPEX — you own it
You fund the plant and own it outright from day one, so every unit it generates is yours.
- Upfront
- Full system cost, paid by you
- What you save
- 60–80% off the energy component of your bill
- Best for
- Profitable businesses that can use accelerated depreciation and want the lowest lifetime cost.
OPEX / PPA — we own it
We fund, build and maintain the plant on your roof. You buy only the units it produces, at a rate fixed below your current tariff.
- Upfront
- Nothing upfront
- What you save
- 15–30% below your current per-unit tariff, fixed for the term
- Best for
- Businesses that would rather keep capital in the operation, or cannot use the depreciation benefit.
Why it adds up
01
Accelerated depreciation
Commercial solar qualifies for accelerated depreciation, which pulls a large part of the benefit into the first two years. Your accountant will want the figures — we provide them with the proposal.
02
A per-unit cost you can plan around
Grid tariffs rise most years. A solar plant fixes the cost of the units it produces for twenty-five, which is the part CFOs care about more than the headline saving.
03
Roof that was doing nothing
A factory shed or warehouse roof is dead area. Non-penetrative clamps mean the sheet is never punctured and the roof warranty survives.
04
Reported, not assumed
String-level monitoring and a monthly generation report against the number in the proposal. If it underperforms, that is our problem to fix.

- Hospitals & nursing homes
- Hotels & banquet halls
- Housing societies
How it happens
Survey to switched on, in about eight weeks.
Day 1–2
Site survey
We measure the roof, check the structure, study shadows across the day and read your last twelve months of bills.
Day 3–5
Design & proposal
Layout, string sizing and a single-line diagram, with a firm price and a generation estimate you can hold us to.
Week 2–5
Approvals & subsidy
Net-metering application with the DISCOM, CEIG clearance where required, and the PM Surya Ghar subsidy filing. We file, follow up and close it.
Week 5–6
Installation
Structure, modules, inverter, cabling and earthing. A typical residential rooftop is finished in three to five days on site.
Week 6–8
Meter & commissioning
DISCOM installs the bi-directional meter, we synchronise and test, and you get the baseline generation report.
Ongoing
Generation & O&M
Scheduled cleaning, string-level monitoring and a yearly performance report. Faults are our problem, not yours.
